Mini Meadow Movement
This autumn, residents across Barnet are invited to create mini wildflower meadows for pollinators and biodiversity in garden patches, pots placed on balconies or driveways, and other outdoor spaces.
We’d love you to be part of the Mini Meadow Movement — sign up today and receive free wildflower seeds, plus ongoing guidance and support.
Every mini meadow counts — together, we're creating something bigger than any one garden, balcony or allotment could achieve alone.
Creating your own mini-meadow at home is fun and easy!
Volunteer with us
There are many ways to support Barnet's Mini Meadow Movement — such as packing seeds. No prior experience needed. Find out how you can help.
We invite schools and community groups to sow a mini meadow, and/or to host "meadow in a pot" sessions for students.
Help restore nature, support pollinators, add beauty to your space, connect with your community, and become part of Barnet's growing network of mini meadows.

I joined quite late, yet received assistance and thoughtful advice. I found the guidance very helpful as a new gardener.

I've enjoyed waiting to see what sprouts up and then flowers in my mini-meadow.
